I agree that NIC is a green producer. They've proven they're more efficient than those producers now setting a storm gib. Efficiency is related directly to lower emissions because most of the money spent is on energy, and that means emissions. The less money you spend on production, the less greenhouse emissions you make. People say NIC operates in a low labor cost environment, and that's true. But NIC's workers live locally and probably have a tenth of the carbon footprint of workers who have to be flown home weekly across a continent.
