SLR has approximately 819 million shares at present. If the proposed takeover went ahead there would be approximately 854 million SLR share in existence. With The former EGA shares representing 4.1% of total existing SLR shares (35 divided by 854).

So in your above calculation you should be using 0.041 (4.1%) rather then 0.27

This had been explained to him at least twice already but he continues to use incorrect information as it better illustrates his "points".

I'm no longer going to engage with him.
