The issue is not whether SLR is capable of running a mine and doing a decent job and making decent money out of it. I fully expect them to do that. The issue is about under-compensating EGA shareholders. The EGA directors have definitely been given a hefty incentive by SLR that the ordinary shareholders miss out on.

If SLR does not like its price being capped because of the EGA bid, they can very easily get EGA shareholder acceptance with a decent offer.
