Seems like quiet a few punters piling out of the story this morning. Just shows how hard this market is at the moment to make a buck. JKA came out with some great news a couple of weeks ago with Genel and the stock went down 15%... go figure

UK brokers who have initiated on the stock over the last month out of London RFC and Peel Hunt will be obligated to write up to date price targets and the views on the two deals

The stock was trading at pretty much 30 pence, 46-47 aussie cents equivalent on friday night.

Fastnet 280 m shares at 24 pence
17% with kosmos on the farm in

TPT 130m odd shares at 30 pence
25% with the GALP on the farm in

Both Genel and Cairn farm in deals left the other companies
San Leon with 15% and 20% so this deal is pretty good i would have thought

TPT should have rough and dirty $15m bucks after the money
they had in the bank already after the SPP, cap raise
and the money from GALP

GALP according to the website did about Euro 12bn last year

that's plenty of dosh to have a look at some other great
African potential projects

which one would i rather own??? they are both great companies but think the TPT are the cheaper bet....

Peel Hunt are all ex JP Morgan Cazenove investment bankers
and have a massive following in Uk check out the website,
are very high up on the AIM league tables

The RFC analyst was the bloke who did the Gazprom IPO lead
analyst while at credit suisse

these are really smart oil and gas guys i just think market
sold off today mainly off the back of little insto support out of Australia and unfortunately no broker in OZ covering them..... yettttttttttttttt

Karoon has 9 brokers on Bloomberg covering them now.
Before Conoco phillips farmed in nobody covered them. Just takes time but reckon TPT should have at least 3 brokers hopefully over the coming months.

Todays news is just short term punters taking the twist
because it didn'tjump to 60-70 cents as quickly
