Red 5's True business valuation has not been reset yet.
I am going to back track a little and try to find some rhyme or reason to our present price conundrum.
Some ground work which we already established prior to the merger.
Red 5 Book Value Per Share = $356,348,000.00 / 3,460,000,000 (That’s a lot of shares). = $0.10c Per Share.
Trading at a P/B Ratio at close 18/03/2024 $0.35 = 3.5Red 5
Trading at a P/B ratio of 3.5.
Industry average trading Ratio for Price/Book = 2.5
Case in point GMD presently trading at a P/B ratio of 2.69 approximately.
Post Merger to present day:
Asx Market index has RED 5 at:
Book Value Per Share$0.048 therfore in respect to price/ book value we are seen as trading at:
$0.36 / $0.048 Ratio 7.5 to 1 . this has not been adjusted to reflect new companies total valuation:
Shares on issue was updated 6,802,473,382 yet post merger evaluation has not been updated this in itself halved our book value , ASX will update RED 5's evaluation when EOFY reports are submitted.
Investors on the outside looking in may see this valuation of 7.5 to 1 and think don't bother looking any further.
Investors in our community see the full picture and true value because we are looking into it and discussing it EVERY SINGLE day.
I suggest and hope once our true value is available to the Market in a quick result format our spot price will revalue.
AS a simple assumption:
If the new balance sheet can reflect Share Holders Equity (Book Value) at $0.22c and it becomes visible on sites Like the ASX (Market Index site)
RED 5 will be viewed as fair and reasonable at $0.55c. Yet we need to wait for the Financials and balance sheet to arrive and to be submitted to all financial reporting institutions so they can reflect the numbers. Remember many retail, and i would say broker, investors do basic research and wait for their indicators to beep green.
So at $0.36c with a book value of $0.048c it would seem they see us as way over valued.
The truth is out there.
P.S
I feel your pain and wish it were better.
