Old Numbers here from EOFY 2023: Net assets: SLR $711,541 million RED 5 $330,071 million Total combined net assets as at 30 June 2023 = $1,041,612 Total shares outstanding now 6,802,473,382 (Painful isn't it). Resulting book value : $1,041,612 / 6,802,473,382 Simplified to smaller numbers: $1.04 / 6.80 Combined Companies at $0.15c Book Value Per Share as at 30/06/2023. If trading at industry average of 2.5:1 = $0.375c Hmmmm is there some rhyme and or reason here. I think this is what the Market is seeing and not reading any further into it at the moment.
I believe the new 2024 Balance sheet will show improvement with RED 5 debt having been paid down and paid off. Good gold sales at good prices by red 5 and SLR since 30 June 2023 should also boost balance sheet. Aiming for a Book Value Range of $0.18 to $0.22c. Good Night all
