Based on a couple of other stocks I hold having a NASDAQ ADS listing they MUST remain above US $1 value or they get delisted. So when you look to initially list you should be ensuring that the bundle of ASX shares that back up the product would always back a greater than US$1 value.

So at this point to ensure that the US$1 value is sustained, you need to cover the greatest dip....... To do this would require an additional share to be added to teh bundle at the moment.....meaning more shares held via US investors.
