I only partly agree with you. The Urania market is ignoring MEP.

The rest of the market simply doesn't see TOE worth much, therefore not factoring it into MEP. I can hardly buy MEP and sell TOE if I don't own any TOE, hence the disconnect. If I buy MEP and TOE comes back to earth what happens to my MEP?

Also MEP stake in PTR can't be worth that much, PTR captn only $7m?

Not knocking MEP but, to anyone factoring TOE in at market, I say goodluck to the brave.
