it could be huge, but we need some more details, I think the off shore permits are a result of the Sonangol meeting and it seems most of it is confidential, but we could be told a bit more, timeframes etc
the question is on the on shore ones, are we getting them before the elections, it certainly reads as such, and going by what he said last week about the mistake of tendering by others.
but I am sure we will learb more about this and more this week.
so any selling now could look bad in a day or 2
