You (the article) are forgetting the wealth transfer when all we Baby Boomers cark it, Nip. For all the property-owning BB's that die with say $2 Million to bequeath - well that's circa 10x20% deposits for a $1 million home for the GZ beneficiaries. So, I suggest that the opposite will be true (more buyers in the market).
