when one realises that the price of accommodation and shelter is a basic human need for survival ---- then to keep putting petrol on the fire of rising prices for a basic human need is dumb
no one cheers on the price of eggs when they rise - unless you're an egg farmer and your costs are stable.
the total stupidity of the real estate culture when house prices are going north - to have sayings like - the market is doing well
well - rising prices might suit some ------- but, they cut the throats of children, they cut the throats of the nation, they cut the throats of society ---------
one only has to look to Maslow to tell just how bad things are and why the country can never move truly forward -----
