Yep, I agree with you dealer64, to see the sp going from 9c to 12c doesn't do much to me... I started buying CSE stock 3 years ago with an average at 48c...

That said, I am pretty pleased to see this take-over offer as it may wake up this stock and boost its share price.

I also liked the content and timing of the answer from the board, and guess they will have to double the offer, or close to it, to be considered. Hopefully, whether KZL makes the offer or not, this is where we will see the sp in the next few weeks/months.
