Yeah...a day or two late there Shasta, we all know and read to death the rozna announcement and it got the full post mortem in Feb/Mar. I feel from 06 announcements, the Ukraine side of things are in the hands of Discovery, not the election or lack of, so I personally don't care about the present stick shaking going on there. I believe SP3 to be correct in that Rozna is the current focus. But URA is just as likely to suprise us with the goods from leftfield or bore us with more of nothing.
