If only blowhards like you had shown the same degree of annoyance with the company and its crummy management instead of pointing fingers at people who have legitimate "complaints" and are well within their right to let off all the steam this company has blown into them over the years in whatever manner they choose to do so, perhaps we wouldn't be in such a predicament.
