Regarding the Notes, I suspect we may have something of a split within the Company on the direction to take with some including David Round correctly intent on repayment of Notes from cash whilst some Board members drag their feet. As shareholders the Board should represent our interests, & as such WE need to apply pressure accordingly.
The Company has NOW the cash to repay the entire Notes loan, or it could elect to repay over time with interest payments - either require capital restructure. OR it could go down the Notes conversion route & repay the 21m dollars via the issue of 323 MILLION shares @ 6.5c. Ask yourselves, does selling the Company @ 6.5c represent true value?
It is all well & good expressing our views on here, but we must also make our voices heard where it counts by addressing the Company directly. Remember the forward P/E here at current prices is ~1! As has been pointed out many times the sole reason for this remarkably low valuation has to be market uncertainty over the Notes.
The outcome is by no means certain & we do have a chance to influence things. A lot of work is going on behind the scenes right now regarding the Notes, this is the time to act people.
