    Yes, and the Dow rallied from -70 to -36.

    Remember, the last week has seen a "Perfect Storm" for oil prices, with a huge unexpected drop in US inventories, Prudhoe Bay, and the ongoing conflict. Even so, oil has failed to make a new record high. This tells me that a near-term top has formed in the oil market.
