piotrvip,
There are at least two obvious problems in the madmacs?s chart and trend line:
- Chart and trend lines on a relatively large price variation should be drawn on a semi-log scale ( a simple explanation for this can be a big relative difference in a 1c price change for a stock of 1c and $1, however without semi-log scaling this will be drawn with the same angle what is technically and mathematically speaking is not correct)
- In technical analysis, a trend line is a line that connects the highs, lows or closing prices of a stock over a given period in order to gauge the stock's uptrend or downtrend, madmacs just connect in his trend line only 2 highs however the right trend line is a line coming through the top candles on 24/01, 8/02, 9/02/ 22/03 and 5/04. Can you see the difference with this drawing? When the latter line covers all tops for 3.5 months.
Hope this helps.
