im not sure it's just that , nta has gone up 60c since listing , my concern is how will you realise any future gains other than selling the shares & then have tax issues. correct me if im wrong but AGF have said they will reinvest dividends as they aren't allow to increase their investment funds into the market so the only way as investor to get a return ( in lieu of dividends ) is to sell the shares or leave yourself completely exposured to a correction as you said.
