I am shattered by today as it caught me by surprise as to the magnitude of the drop in the morning.
I was feeling sick as I watched ADY sink this morning as I felt it was one of the safer jnrs to hold. Lucky I did not push the sell button when it hit 20c.
I sold my positions mid afternoon during the recovery but lost a small fortune anyway as I took my positions late yesterday in what I considered were the lows.
How wrong I was ! I did not have to sell today, but the mental stress of the possibility of further drops tomorrow would not allow me to hold. Of course I could have reduced my losses by selling at close, but as I said the stress was enormous.
The irony is that I have lost nearly all my gains over the last 3 months in the last 3 days and I basically let my job go last month to consider full time trading after the run I had. Now I don't have an income and I have eroded about 5 months salary.
Not sure if I will trade again after today. Has really kicked me hard.
