All the motions relating to director handouts and cosy jobs passed and that's it.

Can anyone tell me how they are going to get their hands on millions through a CR when the sp is say 30 cents?....any ideas??

Maybe plenty of dilution and the underwriter dumping those shares not picked up. Our sp lounging around the low 30s (if we're lucky) for 6 months.

We're trapped with a knuckle headed board more interested in self handouts and freebies than jacking up the sp for a CR whammy.
