ASSET revaluation of lignite can occurr once a black coal equivalent can be derived from the lignite, and millions of dollars in carbon permits received for the owners of a coldry plant.
Explains why carbon capture/sequestration was NOT INCLUDED in the compensation package as who will recieve carbon permits is too difficult to determine,nor will it meet time frame of 5 year criteria set by climate change authority.
yes 2013/2014 coldry plants are achievable.
gas as baseload power will not happen .
