Inviro came into the picture when they were licenced to sell Chemeq(R) in South Africa in the days when Graham Melrose was CEO. Williams was not around then.

Individual sales contracts came after that. But they have no analogy with the IFCA deal.

IFCA presented a proposal to Chemeq which Williams has accepted in principle. The proposal contains no individual sales contracts at all. The proposal is a publicly available document.

As I said, one must compare like with like.
