    Thanks writer.

Pallister sure would have a lot more to gain by increasing the value of QTK but in my opinion, its a dead share and close to administration and delisting.

Why? You would have to really go over all the QTK posts for the last 2 years and you will see why I believe this.

Its pointless for me to go over it all again but Pallister, imo, has had many many chances of pulling a white rabbit out of his hat but he has failed at every given chance.

IMO, the Quiktrak technology is old, worth nothing compared to competitors and thus no one is signing up to use it.

My research in the last few days is indicating that the work in South Africa is fabricated and ADT / Tyco are not going to do any business with QTK imo.

What business or money making does Quiktrak have then?

The trading of QTK in last 5 days with another 50% drop in share price and this tie on heavy selling pressure should ring alarm bells.

You never know who is exiting now to newbies like you who think this price is a bargain.

But we are sure to find out soon with a substantial shareholder notice.

On the starting of a new venture, this is just my opinion but its very much the style of Mark Pallister to do a start up company, list it on the ASX through say Bell Potter in melbourne, get people to buy into the shares, make some smoke and mirror announcements and make a bundle of money through this new flashy web based business and dupe the whole market.

Again...all of the above is my opinion as I knkow Quiktrak read this forum and I have previously been threated with defamation....however one cannot be taken to court for having an opinion of someone or an opinion on the way in which they do business.

Its just funny though that my opinion has proved correct for the last 2 years of posting it on hotcopper.

Personally, I would run a mile from anything that Pallister is involved with imo.

I am a newbie, testing a small buy of QTK at yesterday's low. Thanks for sharing your insights. But don't you think that Pallister has more to gain by increasing the value of QTK rather than embarking on another venture? Or do you think that it is impossible for the existing directors to increase the value of QTK - impossible either because of QTK's dire financial straits or their competence?
