Spot on Writer and very true.

That’s not what he wants nor does any one else like to have to appear in court and explain why they have an opinion on something and wish to share that opinion.

90% of defamation cases don’t get to court and are either dropped or settled.

I have nothing personal against Pallister, Quikrak or anyone affiliated with Quiktrak, never have.

However, I will forever consider Pallister and any venture he is involved with is one not worth of my own investing in due to his business skills and ability in business or lack thereof.

This is an opinion based on countless hours of research but even without the research, its very easy for one to recognize the principles of business applied by Pallister and those he associates with are not only prohibitive of making profit imo, they are as we have seen borderline illegal.

Illegal? That’s not even my opinion. ASIC believed they could bring him down and pulled the plug on his court case right before they were about to go to court, but imo, once on the ASIC radar, or for even being investigated, you must be up to something that rings alarm bells.

So imo, he will be forever watched by ASIC and other regulators.

Texas brought up a great point. Where is that invitation from Smuggler. What was the invitation? An obvious threat to those who posted an opinion of a company who time after time proved making profit was not high on the company's agenda, accompanied by a 95% drop in share price since these threats were made.

Very silly behaviour if you ask me. We knew imo that Smuggler all along was the mouth piece employed by Quiktrak to enter every possible forum with so many different aliases in an effort to ramp Quiktrak and get the unsuspecting to buy and hold Quiktrak shares.

If you listened and put in $10,000....today it would be worth $500.

Why such a concerted long winded effort to extort hard earned money from unsuspecting novice investors to the coffers of a company with repeated and obvious failures imo.

In my honest opinion, much more effort was placed on painting a picture of Quiktrak when the company could have been out there say like Zylotech now with Nick Sikiotis, signing deals, doing business, and bringing in the money of which shareholders and the company can share in?

Is that not why company's list on the ASX?

    For Quiktrak....its seems not.

We learn more everyday about Quiktrak's future.

My most recent research is showing that imo, the South African Quiktrak setup is yet another decoy or smoke and mirror tactic to stay listed.

Also, the company even admits they need another $3,000,000 from the public to continue.

Quiktrak's auditor express's a deep concern for Quiktrak's ability to survive and this concern was expressed on days ago.

Further research I have found indicates Quiktrak may not be the focus soon for Pallister imo.

I have noticed some movements that indicate Pallister may let Quiktrak die and he may start another bright new shiny web based business up, quickly list it on the ASX and start the whole process again imo.

Its always buyer beware out there in the world.

I can tell you I will always be tracking Pallister's and his associates business moves and direction so that I never have put money near what I personally consider to be white collar crime ventures.
