Hi Peter,
I posted on this under the announcement, the transaction is a loan, payable in monthly instalements to AKK, although the amount paid will increase if the SP goes above 10.2c. Lansead is now a shareholder, so they will benefit by an increase in the SP, though they cannot realise anything in the short term.
