Had a read into B.Braun's product range a bit, they barely mention it's effects against antibiotic resistant bacteria. They say it's designed to stop infection and speed up healing, but there's no stats or heavy emphasis on how good/effective it is (compared to NXS's constant show of its effect). Considering it's been out since 2009, and 3M picked up NXS straight away, NXS still gotta have something ridiculously special up there sleeve with whatever the secret ingredient(s) are/is
