I have been saying this for some time now but to be honest I also have no idea and it was just an assumption.
I haven't sold any yet and plan to hold. I do feel topline are still accumulating anything anything around the 11c and lower mark. I encourage people not to be impatient mind you maybe money can be made elsewhere but at least at the moment it's somewhat safe here for now anyways.
I would be extremely interested if a substantial holder notice comes out.
