Management has never sold their performance rights as you can see. If they did, then there would be a change in directors interest notice which would produce negative sentiment, and management so far have been spot on. This has never happened because management interests align with shareholders very significantly, as they are also majority shareholders. Please do your research in the future instead of just sheer down-ramping and hoping to acquire cheaper shares as you've stated was your intent.
You're better off buying back in now, before the cap is removed.
