No bad news has been mentioned as yet by the company other than the $5m provision which may be partially clawed back. I think they have been upfront in relation to this matter and have treated the issue in a conservative manner. ( Is this amount included or excluded from the underlying profit when calculating the next dividend ? )
If I remember correctly a couple of years ago a similar pattern emerged and the share price was given a thumping before a quick re-rating. I guess its possible that these MCP shares no longer meet someones investment criteria and they want to put their funds to use elsewhere and chase greater returns. ? OR maybe I have missed something in the latest updates. I would appreciate your feed back.
There seems to be plenty of cheap cash floating around now that people cannot travel overseas so surely this alone must help sales. "The feel good factor"
