Why is it not then possible that the same substance of this cognitive force is also attached to us and released at death with our personality and knowledge intact?
why?
because when you were born, you had no knowledge
this shows there was no life before this one which passed on personality and knowledge intact
also, is your "personality" the same today as it was when you were 4 years old?
of course not
"personality" is something developed via experience (although we are born with some genetic dispositions which are related to how open our cellular structures are)
there is no evidence for knowledge passing over lives
occasionally, there is a one in billion child doing something that seems undoable but this can be explained
