    The Green voters can afford to allow waves of unskilled migrants as its not their jobs at risk.

    And the migrants don't go to their communities (seriously, I would like to put migrant homes in areas with their greatest support)

    The environment is an abstract thing they can visit in holiday.
    Environmental legislation is unlikely to impact their desk work or their neighbours. Farmers and miners tend not to live in inner cities.

    And they can actually be open to socialist style taxation as they have cash to spare and may have found it easy to come by.

    The Greens rely on sanctimonious inner city elites to dictate but not experience their policies.
