i mentioned before, and i will say again, BANK did not pull the plug on allco, it is David Clark, the guy, in order to protect his personal interest (his personal wealth maybe), declare the bankruptcy,as he see allco has not future, as its total asset value is under the liability. Bank remain supportive on allco, but they didnt want to accept the offer.

in comparison between cnp and allco
1 cnp has great asset, allco has not
2 cnp has generate its income through leasing the property, and those income can only increase not decrease, especially when property value is dropping,in versus with allco, it cant even generate enough income to offset its interest, and allco's asset from its core business such as aircraft...etc is depreciating time by time.
3. AGAIN, even though allco is in deep shit, bank still support them (if david clark did not choose to waive the white flag), i can see how with cnp, bank will want to kill them.
