true, i thought it started in december actually of this year..
by middle of next year the housing market will be flat as anything.....
maybe a mini boom for a bit with new housing but i honestly cant see this making a huge difference...housing market is way overpriced for most new entrants into it anyway even with a few govt backed bucks...
