    Typical, now that the share is back to 15c+, they are trying to reneg on the renegotiated deal because the Chinese didn't want to pay 15c for something that was 12c (at the time), so they restructued for 11.9c, and now that the share is 15c again, they want to switch it back!!
    Hope this doesn't backfire on GS....
