I appreciate the energy and effort you put into this, thank you.
Only time will tell if what he tell's you comes to fruition.
I can well understand his suggestion of the political adgendas over there and would say that there is a lot of truth in it.
As for the offshore JV we will have to see and as far as partners are concernred well it in my mind China is it although KNOC were in the mix some time ago with the on shore.
I would expect some news soon, even as early as mid next week or end of month at the latest.

Still watching with interest.
