MSSW - for every point of view there is an equally plausable apposing view. Do you think it possible that management feel equally as let down by the failed time lines? Is it possible that management were hopeful of milestones that never eventuated due to no fault of their own. Are you human! From my understanding, the contentious issue with the vote was nothing to do with opposition to exploration but about wording which took areas which ministers considered 100% Puntland and labelled them disputed territory? Diplomacy often ruffles many feathers.
Pres Hersi has chosen a better way forward by choosing not to enguage Somaliland in war. Remember, fighting is all that many somali's know! They need to learn a new and better way!
