Let me ask you, if you decided to take on a project in Somalia, where would you go for finance?

Why do people who offer little security end up signing contracts with less desirable financiers?

Do these often unscrupulous financial institutions offer bank rates?

Do they have agreements in place to reduce exposure ASAP?

What pressure has been applied within Puntland (financial pressure), to keep the project on track?

How could any payments be legally accounted for?
