Lost me on this one. Why would they need a tanker to take the oil from Cuba to Cuba? (given that Cuba will be central to the offtake on this one). Given the problems Cuba has on energy imports at the moment, I doubt they would even permit you to export one litre of cooking oil.
Anyway - kind of agreeing with the sentiment creeping in here: might be a good time to buy. Mid 7's is far better than 10.50 (my last "beautifully-timed own goal" before I dropped a bucketload at 10.0).
