If there is truly another lengthy delay Sonangol might be inclined to bring a rig into the country. MAY having its own rig would be incredible and will be needed in the future anyways if the whole of Block 9 has as much oil as they say. One can dream... Not sure why it hasn't been done already as well as 3D. Isn't Sonangol meant to be a billion dollar company
