I'm just back from a holiday at the beach ... and after 3 weeks of not even looking at a computer screen find that CVI is still hovering around the mid 20s
this to me is great news and shows the strength of CVI, because the couple of times that i got to see the business news on TV, there was only negative news taht the DOW was crashing...and i wondered if CVI would hold up well...which it obviously has done.
normally i close all my specs before embarking on a long holiday, but CVI was an exception...
as t4p has repeated and continues to repeat: CVI is a share you should buy and hold, and theres no point in trading it it for a point here or there.
not only did i have a stress free holiday by looking away, but I also managed to land the biggest fish I've ever landed from shore :-)
and while I was fishing and observing the seagulls, I thought of them as CVI traders fighting for every little scrap of fish, while the gannets were patiently flying overhead looking for the bigger meals...which they got easily as the gulls looked on hopelessly.
seagulls are the dweeb birds of the ocean
