    I am not sure what they mean by :-
    "The Scheme Booklet will include a new proxy form so that LLP securityholders will have the opportunity to lodge fresh proxies for the 2009 Annual General Meeting. Proxies already submitted for the 2009 Annual General Meeting will not be effective"


    Why do we need to vote again. ????
