I actually think that postponement of the meeting may be a good sign. May be they realized which way the votes were heading. Perhaps the votes regarding re-election of the "independent" directors will be more forthcoming should the offer be sweetened a bit.
Today, all trades occurred @30.5c. I am hoping things are getting negotiated behind the closed doors with major insto holders. As I suggested, no independent consultant will be able to state that the deal is reasonable if it is below the market value.
On another topic, as many other posters, I did email the company with my misgivings about the LLC offer and received no reply. Has anybody's email been unacknowledged as well? And I only used the term "a**hole" once or twice (just kidding)
