But I appreciate that Rod is an LLC man through and through.
LLC, why don't you take the opportunity now to at least match the independent valuers assessed share worth. Come out and say it in advance.It will make you look less combatant and possibly willing to make a deal with the shareholders.
You may take it as read that we don't have any faith whatsoever in the independent directors. They are personna non gratia.
Further, given the way this has been handled, I can tell you that there will be great scepticism if the independent assessment just limply falls into line with the directors assessement.
