But, wait!
Don't we already have that technology?
Its called trees!
And guess what?
It only needs sunlight and rain to turn CO2 into fuel!
And its self planting, self maintaining, self regulating, and it even concentrates all that fuel into a conveniently storable form.
Its called wood!
But wait! There's more!
While it is growing it provides trillions of dollars worth of ecological services and creates a whole environment that stops water run off and desertification! The possibilities of this technology are endless!

Seriously, I don't mean to be negative about such efforts to fix CO2, but there are surely a few things we need to prioritise on this planet that already knows how to build and recycle everything that life needs to be comfortable here on this lonely ball of rock.
