In the Proactive interview three days ago Tony Rovira clearly said the plan for the Mexican assets was to sell them, so the idea of a JV or other strategy seems to be off the table.
He also said he hoped to "return some of that value to shareholders".
What does that mean? Does he hope to sell the Mexican assets for cold hard cash and distribute the proceeds to shareholders as some sort of dividend? Perhaps yes, as the company does not need additional cash for local activity for a long time to come.
Interesting. Any thoughts?
