I don't see an explorer distributing a dividend. I think return value means: fund (another?) discovery.
which to me is what they should be doing. an explorer to distribute a dividend is a ridiculous proposition. what give out a dividend to then do another cap raising 6 months later? stick to exploring and give value through what they're designed to do.
