I believe in Michael. The most successful companies always have a very strong individual leader driving @ the top, it's one of the most common links between the most successful companies. Monarch is in a fantastic position to grow now. Hopefully gold goes on a bull run and MON gets on the trading radar. It will be all smooth sailing then. At the moment there is just no one really looking at it.
