Wrong.
Directors buy & sell all the time.
As a matter of fact some analysts place great emphasis on insider's BUY/SELL ratio.They believe it is the most accurate guage of the health or otherwise of the market.
2."Our directors are not overpaid"
Wrong.
They are,given the tiny MC.
They are being paid as well as much larger companies that are making profits & paying dividends.
3."Not talking to management"
I am not one that falls for charm & pleasantaries.
I would have more regard for someone that doesn't offer me a cup of coffee ,or too busy to waste time trying to entertain or impress me,in the meantime working hard to protect his own interest as well as mine.
This forum is a magnificent one for our directors to read.
They can take as light entertainment/amusement or as an insight to their possible imperfection (no one is perfect)
The "watchdog" is alive & well.
