Tolga/Kitara looks to have purchased 11,521,324 shares for $128,433 since June. Works out to an average cost of $0.0111 per share. This is interesting as the 3,500,000 share purchase on 31st Aug for $35k was at an avg cost of $0.01 - a big discount to the share price which was over $0.04.
Not sure how Tolga's managed to get in at those prices but I wouldn't mind some shares at a 75%+ discount either...
No info on the other entities holding the shares (Sisu and Gondawanna) so likely they were trading before the 4 month period on this announcement.
