Your way more over this than I am for sure, you have indeed prompted me to delve further so many thanks for the jolt.
The two adjacent being Turtle & Barnett yep gotcha, is a known oil producing area close to Blacktip almost got a gig there once probably glad i didn't in the end.
Think your prob right it's offshore and regardless it'll cost to drill even if shallow just not as much, so CR or maybe some wealthy partner with cash to splash unlikely to be ENI they've got the for sale sign on that one & planning a bail out of OZ.
New oil always hard to find though and would think it'd be of great interest to anyone that was considering buying into that area so hoping it goes well.
Either way it's a good wager for mine.
